In Pursuit of Better, Always
Arete Network providers lead both a Research Committee and a Quality Improvement Committee—collaborative groups dedicated to advancing clinical excellence. Together, they drive Continuing Education through our Friday15 platform, using insights from clinical outcomes and the latest research to ensure Arete providers are continuously improving the care they deliver.

From Insight to Impact:
Arete's Rapid Quality Improvement Response
At the heart of the Arete Network’s clinical excellence is a tightly integrated system of data-driven insight and fast-track implementation.
It begins with our Research Committee, which continuously monitors real-time clinical, patient characteristics, and claims data through our interoperable EHR. The committee also conducts longitudinal studies to uncover trends, gaps, and emerging opportunities in care delivery and cost reduction.
When a research finding shows potential to improve outcomes or reduce costs, it is submitted to the Quality Improvement Committee (QIC). The QIC develops a targeted improvement initiative based on the recommendation.
These initiatives are deployed within 3–4 weeks, starting with:
-
A Friday15 series. Friday15 is our micro-learning continuing education platform. Episodes are delivered weekly to all network providers.
-
Integration into EHR workflows and clinical guidelines, aligning behavior at the point of care.
Once deployed, the QIC continues to monitor:
-
Key clinical outcomes
-
Compliance metrics tied to the original recommendation
This closed-loop system ensures the Arete Network rapidly translates data into action—advancing quality, consistency, and value across all clinics.
